What is Vesuv?

Vesuv is a SaaS application that digitizes business procedures by replacing paper processes with dematerialized controls. It simplifies the tracking of operations, improves traceability, and allows for proactive problem management through instant visualization of critical data.

How do you use Vesuv at Jussieu Secours?

Meeting with Mr. Sylvain Argis from the Jussieu Secours ambulance company in Vendôme who agreed to answer a few questions. He explains how the Vesuv application has successfully eliminated paper in favor of dematerialized controls. He also notes that Vesuv has a strong impact on improving quality thanks to the involvement of employees in the processes.

The quality approach is illustrated by the disinfection controls of sanitary vehicles.

• This (the paper disinfection form), is what we have and which will be replaced by your application.

• The big problem is that currently it's a retrospective treatment: I have tons of boxes and when I have a problem, I have to go look in the archives. It doesn't come up right away.

• In the morning, we don't have a treatment for all this. Every morning, there isn’t a person responsible who says: well, this isn't good, and this is good. Whereas with your app, I just have to open the software and see [the problems].

• This will be over in no time. Material responsibility will not be diluted since we have a contradictory control every time the vehicle is taken in hand.

• There you go, behaviors will change since there will no longer be diluted responsibilities. "Ah I don’t know who did what."

• So all of this are things we are not yet really aware of, it will emerge gradually.
