Discover inventory management in Vesuv!
It is now possible to manage the stock of material and pharmacy within the Vesuv application. This new feature is now available to all users for free.
To get started with this feature, it's as simple as that! Log in to the Vesuv application and go to the "Stock Management" menu.
If you do not have the "Stock Management" menu, you can enable it in "Administration" > "Configuration".

At Vesuv, we emphasize traceability and the creation of automatic alerts. You will be able to find all the details regarding stock movements precisely. Quantities added or removed, destination vehicles, destination collaborators, movement author, date..., everything has been designed so you can easily track the flow of entries and exits.
Regarding automatic alerts, as soon as your stock falls below the threshold you have defined, an alert will be created automatically in your dashboard as well as in stock management.
As an illustration, let's take a concrete case!
We are going to add a reference for FFP2 masks in our stock management. Let's take a box of masks and scan the barcode using the mobile application.

Since the barcode is not yet registered as a reference within stock management, the application will automatically open a new product sheet to allow the creation of the reference.
Note that it is entirely possible to create a reference manually from a computer. The barcode or the product reference simply needs to be entered manually.

Once the product information is filled in and validated, all that is left is to scan our barcode again, and we will have access to the product sheet.

From here, we just need to indicate the quantities to be added to or removed from the stock. It's that simple.
Now, we want to be alerted as soon as our stock of products drops below the alert threshold... the alert threshold that was defined earlier in the product sheet.
Let's see what happens when the quantity of products drops below that threshold.

In our stock management, we have a graphical alert, characterized by a red rectangle in the "Quantity" column, and we also have an alert in the "Stock Management" section of our dashboard.
The functionality is very easy to grasp, however, if you still want documentation, you can visit our knowledge base.
